The atmosphere is energetic. They work with you to get a good deal. The wait can be a little long but definitely worth it at the end. They have a good selection of choices as well.

Everyone I worked with was helpful and no one wasted our time. They had what I needed and I felt they offered a fair price for my trade vehicle. I have not needed service yet but if my experience there is similar I will continue to use them for service. Check back for my update in a month or two.

I recently purchased a RAM 1500 from Hallmark. The salesman, Billy Kimbrell was great! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and they made the process easy.

The service advisors and the technicians are always great but I did not like being denied assistance on my repairs on my Ram Bighorn I know now not to expect any assistance from Hallmark they even took away free oil changes that no customer appreciates…

Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to use Hallmark Service, because I have only had my truck since May and it has less than 3,000 miles. Both of my experiences with Hallmark has been outstanding. The service was done too my complete satisfaction. I dont know who the service technician was but the customer service upfront were above my expectations. Alfred took care of me both times, keeping me informed throughout the process of diagnosis and repair. He helped me get a ride to home and back to the shop when my truck was ready. I would also like to give a great shout to, I think this is his name, Lou, he was the person who took me home, he was very pleasant and professional.

Andrew is the greatest. He always takes great care and patience with us when we take our Jeep in. The company overall is great
